“Open Primer 2”
On the minute x 20 (5 rounds):
Min 1 – 5 box jump overs + 5 DB squats (50/35)
Min 2 – 5 deadlifts (225/155) + 5 bar facing burpees
Min 3 – 40 double unders or double under practice
Min 4 – :30s max shuttle sprints (10 meters)
Min 5 – Recovery bike or row
