Workout of the Day:
“Trilogy”
In teams of 3, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 deadlifts (225/155)
6 push-ups
9 box jumps (24/20)
-Rest 5:00, then:
In teams of 3, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 pull-ups
10 GHD sit-ups 
-In both portions, team members will cycle through full rounds at a time with only one team member working at a time.
