12 Aug TTFIT Workouts 8/12/19 – 8/16/19

Monday, August 12th – With 35 minutes on the clock, complete:  5 rounds of:  5 burpees to a plate, 10 GTO w/ a plate, 15 squats w/ a plate, then 4 rounds of:  5 devils press, 10 renegade rows, 15 DB lateral jumps, then 3 rounds of:  5 DB front squats, 10 jumping squats, 15 hollow rocks.  If time remains, start back at the top.

Tuesday, August 13th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  200 meter run, 20 DB deadlifts, 15 sit-ups, 10 push-ups
Wednesday, August 14th – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete a 1500/1200 meter row buy-in, and then in remaining time AMRAP:  50 jump rope, 40 second plank hold, 30 walking lunges, 20 DB push press, 10 lateral burpees over DB
Thursday, August 15th – EMOM x 30:  Minute 1 – 15/10 calorie row, Minute 2 – 15 leg raises, Minute 3 – 20 KB swings, Minute 4 – 100 meter sprint, Minute 5 – Rest
Friday, August 16th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 wall balls, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 9 shuttle runs.
