Monday, December 2nd –  AMRAP in 24 minutes:  3 rounds of:  3 DB hang cleans, 3 DB front squats, 3 DB push presses, then 15 leg raise, 250/200 meter row

Tuesday, December 3rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  100 jump rope, 200 meter run, 50 sit-ups, 25 box jumps/step-ups
Wednesday, December 4th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  21 DB front squats, 15/10 calorie bike, 9 burpees, 15/10 calorie row, 21 DB bench press
Thursday, December 5th – AMRAP in 16 minutes:  16 shuttle sprints, 16 hollow rocks, 16 KB swings, 16 dips.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  8 shuttle sprints, 8 hollow rocks, 8 KB swings, 8 dips
Friday, December 6th – EMOM x 21 (7 rounds):  Min 1- 16 alternating DB snatch, Min 2 – :30s plank hold, Min 3 – 12/10 calorie row
