“Under the Wire”

In teams of 3, with one person working at a time, complete the following for total reps:

3 minutes of wall balls (20/14)

3 minutes of toes to bar

3 minutes of max calorie row

3 minutes of push-ups

3 minutes of KB swings (55/35)

3 minutes of max calorie bike

3 minutes of burpees to a plate

3 minutes of pull-ups

3 minutes of sit-ups

3 minutes of OH walking lunge (45/25)

-Constantly moving clock
