EMOM for 16 minutes (4 sets):
Min 1 – 45 seconds of Assault bike
Min 2 – 45 seconds of double unders
Min 3 – 45 seconds of strict HSPU
Min 4 – 100 meter recovery jog/walk
-Three scores for the workout:
a) bike cals
b) dubs
c) HSPU
