CrossFit Teens/Kids

Our CrossFit Kids and Teens classes assist young athletes in their development of the ten general physical skills: endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and coordination. We combine these elements in different ways each session to keep children and teens engaged and entertained. Our classes provide these young athletes with a fun atmosphere while they learn proper movement, technique, and gain a broad athletic foundation.
