CrossFit T-Town and T-Town South athletes, it is back!

CrossFit T-Town and T-Town South athletes, it is back!
Throughout the month of May, we’ll be programming on max effort exercise each week (i.e. 500 meter row for time, max unbroken pull-ups, IRM power clean). The details are as follows:

  • To receive a score for the max effort exercise, the athlete must have a coach or anothe rathlete judge and/or count for that particular event.
  • The max effort exercise can only be completed for points on the day it is programmed. No make ups, due to added difficulty in tracking points.
  • New this year… each location will track points separately. Each day, there will be a top male and female winner douwntown, as well as a top male and female winner south.
  • To receive points for his/her score, the athlete must post his/her results by 9:00pm to the comments section on the T-Town website for that day.
  • Prizes will be awarded to the male and female who win the most max effort events at each location.
